From April 11 to April 13, 2023, one of the key events of the Russian electronics industry - ExpoElectronica exhibition - was held at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center. About 450 development companies, manufacturers and suppliers of electronic components, technologies and equipment took part in it, and the number of visitors during 3 days exceeded 19 000 people.
This year NM-Tech also presented its own stand at the exhibition. In particular, the company’s specialists presented its projects for the production of pilot batches of MOSFET; as well as projects under development at different percentages of completion, including at 250 nm, 180 nm and 130 nm processes.
It should be noted that the company's stand aroused genuine interest among both visitors and participants.
